Do you have all your products in stock?
Products on low stock levels or out of stock will be marked accordingly in the listing.
If a product you like is out of stock, you can sign up for an email notification when it comes back in stock 😊.
How do I order?
You can order easily using our website. When you find products you need, simply click Add to Cart. Once you’re finished, click on the cart and follow the prompts to complete the check out process. Once completed, you will receive an order summary in your email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard or American Express), Apple Pay, Android Pay and After Pay.
For Apple Pay & Android Pay, the purchase must be made via the device with Apple Pay or Android Pay set up.
Are my details secure?

Can I pick up my order in person?
Since we are an online store, unfortunately we do not have a physical shop location for pick ups.

Do you offer same day delivery?
No, unfortunately due to our small team size we do not currently offer same day delivery.

Can I pick a specific time & date for my delivery?
Unfortunately not, as the delivery timeframe will vary depending on your location. You will, however, receive a tracking link via the email address you provide for your order so you can be updated on the shipping progress.

Can you deliver on weekends or outside of work hours?
Unfortunately not. Our delivery partner delivers from Monday to Friday 8am-6pm.

Can I track my order?
Your order will be despatched within two business days. Once despatched, you will be sent a tracking link via the email address you provided in your order.
Can I cancel my order?
It will depend on the situation and how far along the order is, please email hello@themoonshop.com.au ASAP if you want to cancel.
