Returns & Refunds
The Moon Shop will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange (subject to availability) or refund if:
- The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or
- The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
- The product does not match the sample or our description; and
- You can email proof of damages within 48 hours of delivery to email@example.com and quote your order number.
If you do not email the email address provided above within 48 hours of receiving your order, The Moon Shop cannot accept responsibility for any issues or delivery problems.
The Moon Shop reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.
The Moon Shop reserves the right to request for the item to be returned (with shipping fees to be covered by the buyer) in order to assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing an exchange or refund. This may result in an exchange or refund being refused.
- Your original order confirmation email with the order number showing is the best form of proof of purchase
- Refunds will be issued using your original payment method
For any exchange or refund, the delivery fee is non-refundable.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
We cannot accept returns if you change your mind on the product/s ordered.
